Legislative Reports
Minnesota’s cannabis law, Minnesota Statutes, chapter 342, established the Office of Cannabis Management to implement the licensing and regulatory framework for the adult-use cannabis market. The law also requires the office to create a series of legislative reports, studies, and assessments. This page includes the office’s published legislative reports each year. The requirements for reports change after the office’s first two years.
