Reports and Transparency
Legislative reports
Transparency and accountability are central to Minnesota's approach to cannabis legalization. Each year, the Division of Community and Economic Development reports to the Minnesota Legislature on the implementation of social equity programs, community investments, and progress toward the goals established in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 342.
Our legislative reports provide updates on the status of social equity in Minnesota's cannabis industry, the outcomes of the CanGrow farmer training and farmer loan grant programs, and the CanRenew community restoration grant program. These reports highlight program accomplishments, funding investments, community impact, and recommendations to strengthen future implementation.
