ASunny Yoga Classs we age, we can focus on preventive health services to that include activities that can significantly improve our health and quality of life; they can also reduce the need for costly medical interventions. The Minnesota Board on Aging works in partnership with Minnesota's area agencies on aging and other community partners to offer evidence based health promotion (EBHP) programs to older adults throughout Minnesota. These classes help older adults learn about the tools they can use to prevent falls, manage chronic conditions and improve their lives. EBHP programs are supported by Older Americans Act funding, local funds, as well as those from clients.
