Christina Cauble has nearly a decade of leadership experience in long-term care facilities, she brings a wealth of expertise to the field of geriatric care. Her compassionate leadership style ensured the highest standards of quality and safety in assisted livings and nursing homes that she oversaw. As an adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota, she imports her practical insights to future healthcare professionals. Currently, she is serving as a Geriatric Education Specialist at the UofM Medical School where she collaborates across the health science programs at the university to create and promote geriatric educational programs and opportunities, exemplifying her commitment to advancing patient care through education. Complementing her hands-on career, Christina is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership Policy and Development, reflecting her passion to improve healthcare systems and organizational strategies. Her work is a testament to her passion and dedication to improving the lives of older adults in Minnesota.
