Danielle (Dani) Luniewski (she/her) was appointed to MBA in 2023. Dani grew up in Martin County, MN. Since 2018, she has been a community health worker. She earned her degree from Minnesota West Community and Technical College in Worthington, MN and is currently an instructor in the Community Health Worker program there. In 2024, she earned her certificate in Gerontology from Northwest Technical College in Bemidji, MN. Danielle’s work experience includes several years working for CHW Solutions and in human services. Her expertise is in connecting clientele to needed resources in the area. Over the past 9 years, Danielle’s experience as a home visitor has enabled her to focus on building relationships, connecting resources and educating families and seniors on nutrition, health and activities for the 55+ community in Faribault and Martin Counties. She also currently works with the DHS Resettlement Programs Office through CHW Solutions. Danielle brings benefit to the MBA because she does home visiting and is aware of concerns and issues of the aging population. Danielle serves on the board for Habitat for Humanity in Faribault and Martin Counties. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, is a hobby artist, and loves camping, boating and completing home renovations.
