Willmar, MN
Maureen is the Chair of the Minnesota Board on Aging and serves on the Program Operations Committee. She has been active in the field of aging for more than 30 years and is particularly interested in rural aging issues. She was employed as the senior service manager for a county-based purchasing entity serving 24 rural counties.
She is a past chair and current member of the Mid MN Development Commission, where she sits on the Regional Transportation Coordination Council sub-committee. Maureen is a past chair of the Meeker County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and a past board member of the Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging, where she chaired the budget committee.
Outside of aging, she and her husband are active in their local church and co-lead the older adult ministry. They also enjoy travel and spending time with their eight grandchildren.
