Member of Fargo-Moorhead Coalition to End Homelessness Advocacy Committee; former chair of the Fargo-Moorhead Coalition to End Homelessness Stabilization Committee. Jim has worked in senior housing, human services, non-medical home care in both Illinois and in Minnesota. For the past decade, most of his focus has been on working in the homelessness response network and in working with vulnerable populations in rural settings as well as in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
