Community Grants Award Update

Due to the high volume of Community Grant applications we received, funding will be awarded in two rounds.

  • By April 26:  Round 1 Awards
  • By May 19:  Round 2 Awards
  • May 24:  Public announcement of Awards
  • May 26:  Anticipated contract start date

The Age-Friendly Minnesota team will be in communication with applicants on timelines and funding related to their project work plan in the time leading up to contract establishment.

A webinar series to help Minnesota communities initiate or accelerate age-friendly planning is being offered. These webinars are available, free of charge, to any interested community, organization, or individual.
