Community Grants Award Update
Due to the high volume of Community Grant applications we received, funding will be awarded in two rounds.
- By April 26: Round 1 Awards
- By May 19: Round 2 Awards
- May 24: Public announcement of Awards
- May 26: Anticipated contract start date
The Age-Friendly Minnesota team will be in communication with applicants on timelines and funding related to their project work plan in the time leading up to contract establishment.

Age-Friendly Minnesota is pleased to offer Age-Friendly Training & Education.
A webinar series to help Minnesota communities initiate or accelerate age-friendly planning is being offered. These webinars are available, free of charge, to any interested community, organization, or individual.
