Proposed Permanent Rules Relating to Jails
Public hearing. The department will hold a virtual public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until the hearing is completed.

Initial comment period closes on June 17, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. on that day.
Rebuttal comments close on June 25, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Rebuttal is a reply to something someone else said - not a new comment.
