As a benefits-eligible employee, you’ll have access to the State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP), administered by Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB), offering flexible options for both individual and family coverage.

State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP)

SEGIP Member Services is available if you have questions about eligibility, enrollment, billing, pretax, or COBRA. A member services representative will answer your general insurance questions and direct you to a specialist for more details about health, dental, life, disability, pre-tax benefits, and retiree coverage. Member services are available through Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) on Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by phone at 651-335-0100 or by email at segip.mmb@state.mn.us.
