This role will involve the comprehensive analysis and reporting of MRRA-related data, outcomes, and evaluations to both internal and external stakeholders, including the Minnesota legislature. The incumbent will play a key role in the development and communication of legislative policy related to MRRA and will provide expert testimony on MRRA during legislative hearings, as directed by the commissioner. In addition, the position will serve as the commissioner?s primary representative on MRRA-related matters in interactions with internal DOC leadership, external partners, and governmental bodies. The incumbent will drive the development of strategic partnerships and foster collaboration across agency divisions to align MRRA policies with the broader mission and vision of the DOC.
