Job Summary The Director of Accounting Services and Reporting provides leadership, oversight, and supervision in the areas of budget management and execution for the department?s administrative, regulatory, community services, and reentry programs, and 11 Minnesota correctional facilities. The position will collaborate closely with the agency?s Legislative Budget Director to implement the biennial and supplemental budget through the development of annual spend plans, including position control. Finally, the Director will develop, implement, and take primary responsibility for new financial systems from conception to completion; oversee the preparation of schedules for the stat ACFR, and oversee the development and submission of federal indirect cost proposals. This vacancy is being announced at both the Clinical Program Therapist 3 - Mental Health and Clinical Program Therapist 4 job classification levels. The classification level in which the position is filled will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant who is selected for the position. A Clinical Program Therapist 3 will provide advanced direct clinical mental health services to incarcerated individuals within DOC facilities, under clinical supervision. The incumbent can perform assessments, including diagnostic assessments, therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning of incarcerated persons. A Clinical Program Therapist 4 will provide direct licensed independent clinical behavioral health professional services and consultation in a state correctional facility. Provides assessment and treatment of incarcerated individuals with mental health issues in a correctional environment. Work is in a Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF) Moose Lake with incarcerated individuals .
Minimum Qualifications To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Ensure that your resume contains descriptions of your work experiences sufficient for comparison against the requirements stated below and indicate the beginning and ending month and year for each job held. Clinical Program Therapist 3 License eligible* master?s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health/Science program. One year of experience providing mental health clinical services, including individual and group therapy. Demonstrated expertise in mental health diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment. (*Eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Mental Health Professional as defined by Minnesota Statute 245.462 subd. 18, clause 1-6.
