In this position, you will perform skilled maintenance and repair work to the heating and cooling plant systems, power equipment and other mechanical systems. This includes operation of the energy management system, repairs to refrigeration systems, air conditioning and food service equipment. As a primary part of this position, you will be responsible to complete the daily service requests and quarterly PM work for specific buildings and tasks assigned to you. This includes signing unit maintenance logs, mechanical room logs and other record keeping requirements as assigned to you. Additionally, the position will assist other skilled and unskilled trades including subcontractors working in other building and throughout the facility when and as needed. This includes learning new systems and the maintenance requirements to all systems considered as part of the Physical Plant. The position will accept lead work direction from the Plant Maintenance Engineer lead worker as needed.

Provides managerial leadership and supervision for the payroll unit so that staff perform assigned duties effectively, unit performance aligns with agency objectives, and payroll services sustain a high level of professional and ethical practices. With approval, employees that live within 50 miles from the primary work location may telework up to 50%. Minimum Qualifications Four (4) years of accounting experience directing and managing payroll operations.
