As of July 1, 2025, per Minn. Stat. 148.108, the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners' fees have increased. Below is a list of updated fees with links to the appropriate application, form, or online service. If you are unable to access the service you are looking for, please contact the Board.

• Doctor of Chiropractic - Application $300
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Active Renewal $250
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Inactive Renewal $187.50*
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Renewal Late Penalty $150 per month
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Inactive Application
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Voluntarily Retirement Application
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Emeritus Application
• Doctor of Chiropractic - Reinstatement from Board Terminated $250**
