Public Data Requests


The Government Data Practices Act gives every individual important right when state agencies collect, create, receive, maintain, or disseminate data. The Data Practices Act presumes that all government data is public unless a state or federal law states otherwise. 
 
Data Practices Policies
Review the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy's Data Practice Policies for Information regarding requesting access to the data maintained by the Board
 

Mailing List

  • Mailing lists for individuals licensed by the Board are available and include name, license number, license status, designated public address, license issue date, and license expiration date. 
  • Mailing lists of Board Approved Supervisors include each supervisor's name, date of approval, public phone number, and designated public address.
