Administrative Rule Variance Request - Supervised Practice
If an LPC applicant or licensee or an LPCC applicant (conversion method) is unable to meet the supervision requirements outlined in
Minnesota Rules, part 2150.5010, they may request an administrative rule variance. There is a variance request fee of $10.00. Requests submitted without the fee will be returned. If you are requesting multiple rule variances, you must pay the $10.00 for each request. To request an administrative rule variance, submit the fee and request form to the board office.
Note: A request for an administrative rule variance will not be accepted by the board if the individual requesting the variance is not a current applicant or licensee with BBHT.
