    License Verification

    Licensees can be verified online or by U.S. Mail.   
     

    Online License Verification: 

    • Online license verifications using the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy online license verification service are primary source verifications. 
    • The online license verification service is accessible to anyone and is free of charge.

    • Temporary Permit holders can verify their permit online: Temporary Permit online verification.
     

    Written License Verification: 

    • The license verification is a primary source verification; 
    • There is a $25 fee for written license verification;
    • The verification request form must be mailed to the Board office with $25.
