Brandon Alkire
Daryl Brandon Alkire, Dakota name is “Lame Deer" is a Dakota citizen of the Standing Rock Sioux Nation, a veteran of the United States Navy, a proud member of the two-spirit community, a fierce advocate for Native American sovereignty and rights, and artist, and a father to three Dakota boys. Brandon is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Art in Sociology- Law, Criminology, and Deviance and a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law with a Juris Doctorate specializing in Federal Indian Law.
