Marissa Noe

Marissa Noe is passionate about going above and beyond to help people in any way she can. She is the Executive Administrative Assistant at the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council (MIAC) where she supports MIAC primarily through the functions in MN Statue 3.922.
Marissa has a background in communications, logistics, and customer relations. She prides herself on her varied experience which ranges from Logistics Director for Camp Manito-wish YMCA to Outreach Manager for The National Theatre for Children, and many things in between. Marissa is grateful to be working with MIAC to support in our daily work which ultimately helps further MIAC's mission. She completed her undergrad at Carthage College and is a descendant of the The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.
In her free time you'll likely find Marissa singing, dancing, and acting on stage around the twin cities as she is a musical theatre performer, or outside enjoying all that nature has to offer. A few of her other hobbies include baking sourdough, canoeing, camping, and everything crafts!
