Enhancing Clinical Standards and Education
We ensure EMS providers have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality prehospital care, keeping pace with medical advancements and evolving patient needs. Our division develops and oversees education programs that keep EMS personnel informed about the latest clinical practices and emergency medical techniques.
We work closely with healthcare professionals and medical directors to uphold consistent, high standards of care across the state.
We are committed to advancing the clinical quality of emergency medical services in Minnesota, ensuring EMS personnel are prepared to deliver life-saving care when it matters most. Physician leadership is essential in EMS, ensuring that prehospital care decisions are rooted in medical expertise, clinical advancements, and real-world experience. By integrating physician input into EMS protocols, training, and system improvements, we strengthen the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of emergency medical care across Minnesota.
