Public Disciplinary and Corrective Actions
The Minnesota Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) maintains records of public disciplinary and corrective actions taken against EMS personnel, EMS services, and EMS education programs. This page includes all public actions dating back to the year 2000. When an individual or service has more than one action, all actions are displayed together in a single entry in chronological order.
About This Information
The data on this page are accurate as of the date of the most recent posting. Public disciplinary and corrective action data are maintained under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 13 (Minnesota Government Data Practices Act) and chapter 144E. These actions are public data and are provided to support transparency, accountability, and the safe delivery of emergency medical care in Minnesota. If you need help interpreting an action or wish to report a concern, please contact OEMS at (651) 201-2800 or compliance.oems@state.mn.us.
*Notice of change
OEMS has updated how public action records are made available online. Supporting documents are now posted online for actions that occurred within the last six (6) years, calculated from January 1 of the current year. Older records remain public and may be requested through the OEMS data request process.
You may review all public actions on the All Public Actions page, which also includes information on how to request records.
