MNSTAR Minnesota State Ambulance Reporting

The Minnesota State Ambulance Reporting System (MNSTAR) or ImageTrend Elite is the electronic Patient Care Report database used by the Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) and licensed ambulance services to report and monitor pre-hospital emergency care information. OEMS uses this data to protect and improve the health and safety of Minnesotans.

Through MNSTAR/Elite, Minnesota-licensed ambulance services report and review pre-hospital data for quality improvement, system evaluation, and administrative purposes. This data-driven partnership between OEMS and ambulance services helps maintain and continuously improve pre-hospital emergency care statewide.
