Office of EMS Rulemaking Docket

This rulemaking docket is current as of August 11, 2025 and is prepared as required in accordance with Minnesota Statute 14.366. OEMS began operation as a successor to the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board on January 1, 2025. Any uncompleted rulemaking projects of EMSRB will start over under the Office of EMS and are maintained on this docket. Previously completed rulemaking activities of EMSRB are not included on this docket.
