In 2020, MFRC worked with consultants from Minnesota's Management Analysis and Development team to create and approve a 2021-2023 Strategic Plan. This plan reiterates the Council's relevance and purpose, while also defining goals, strategies, and actions that will be undertaken by the Council's committees.
