Shakopee/Togo/Willow River CIP
The Challenge Incarceration Program (CIP) is an intensive, alternative incarceration program offered at three Minnesota Department of Corrections facilities: Shakopee, Togo, and Willow River. Designed to promote personal growth, accountability, and successful reintegration, CIP combines structure, therapeutic approaches, and skill-building. Each location provides a unique setting and focus, from the specialized support program at Shakopee for women to wilderness-based experiences at Togo, and the disciplined, boot camp-style program at Willow River.
