Report a Cybersecurity IncidentSubmit Your Antrifraud Plan
Minn. Stat.§ 60A.954 requires insurers to create, implement, and maintain an antifraud plan. The antifraud plan must establish procedures to:
- Prevent insurance fraud
- Report insurance fraud to appropriate law enforcement authorities; and
- Cooperate with the prosecution of insurance fraud cases.
Insurers must notify Commerce in writing within 30 days after instituting or materially modifying an antifraud plan. The notice must include the name of the person responsible for administering the antifraud plan.
To provide this required notification or to provide a copy of an antifraud plan to Commerce:
