60-2004-37824-In the Matter of the NorthMet Project Permit to Mine Application July 29, 2022- In addition to the rulings explained above, the Administrative Law Judge orders the parties to meet and confer regarding a schedule for further proceedings. The Administrative Law Judge urges the parties use their best efforts to agree to deadlines for expert witness disclosures, discovery, possible motions, pre-filed testimony, and potential hearing dates, in order to create an efficient and effective process to adjudicate this matter. This matter has been focused on preliminary issues for several months, and at this time, the Administrative Law Judge intends to move this matter forward in the process so that the issues presented in the Amended Notice may be decided.
