1100-37615 In the Matter of the Appeal of the determination of the Responsible Authority for the Minnesota Department of Corrections that certain data about Nathan Braun are accurate and/or complete April 8, 2022- Appellant has had ample time to comply with the contested case rules. Appellant has never requested additional time to cure his violations of the rules and orders, nor has he attempted to cure them. Instead, he has become increasingly hostile, disruptive, and abusive. In addition to protecting the fairness of the process, the Judge has an ethical obligation to ensure decorum and civility in these proceedings. By abusing the process, Appellant has forfeited his right to continue this litigation.
