January 28, 2021 - The Administrative Law Judge further concludes that the Department properly revoked Ms. Stoltzman’s childcare license and the Stoltzmans’ child foster care license due to Mr. Stoltzman’s disqualification and their failure to comply with laws and rules applicable to those licenses. Accordingly, the Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the Order of Revocation of Ms. Stoltzman’s family child care license and the Order of Revocation of the Stoltzman’s foster care license be AFFIRMED.
