82-1800-36518 In the Matter of the Appeal by Michelle Benjamin of the Order of License Revocation

December 24, 2020 - The Administrative Law Judge finds that the Department and County have shown by a preponderance of the evidence that Appellant committed maltreatment by neglect and did not demonstrate that she complied with all applicable laws and rules. The Administrative Law Judge also finds that A.B. and V.L. did not demonstrate that they do not pose a risk of harm. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the Department uphold the maltreatment determination, the denial and revocation of Appellant’s foster care license and the disqualifications of A.B. and V.L.
