The Minnesota Department of Commerce-Securities Division is responsible for overseeing and helping to maintain the integrity of Timeshares & Subdivided Land in the State of Minnesota.

The “Timeshares & Subdivided Land” link will help new and sophisticated businesses understand the registration and/or exemption process. The “File a Complaint” option will help an individual file a complaint with our Enforcement Division.

Per MN Stat. 176.182, we require current year declarations page(s) Workers Compensation Insurance evidence must be provided if registration or licensure is sought for a business. The document should have coverage throughout the active registration period.  If the business has no employees in Minnesota, a letter on business letterhead attesting to such must be signed, dated, and submitted to the Department during the submission process.
