The building is now open to the public. Materials can be dropped at the security office in the lobby. Staff remains on hybrid schedule. 

From I-94 Westbound

Take Exit 244. Turn left onto US-10 E/US-61 S ramp. Turn right onto Great River Rd/Warner Rd exit. Turn left onto Randolph. The building will be on the left.

From I-494 Eastbound

Take MN-5 E toward Terminal 1/St. Paul. Continue on MN-5 E. Take Shephard Rd/River Blvd/Gannon Rd Exit stay right. Turn Left on Shepard Rd. Turn right on Randolph.  The building will be on the left.

From I-35E Southbound

Take exit 104A for Randolph Avenue then turn left.  Continue straight to stay on Randolph. The building will be on the left.

From I-35E Northbound

Take exit 104A for Randolph Avenue then turn right.  Continue straight to stay on Randolph. The building will be on the left.

Parking

There is free outdoor parking all around the building. The main entrance is marked with Minnesota Health Licensing Boards and is located on the opposite side of entry from Randolph.
