Thomas Brooks, of Dayton, is Organizational Development Manager for the City of Edina. Thomas has prior public sector roles in city and state government, private sector roles in financial services, and is also an Osseo Area School Board Member. Thomas holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology-Industrial and Organizational from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Thomas has been appointed as a public member and is serving a second four year-term ending January 4, 2027. In addition, Thomas served as the Board Chair from 2020 to 2021 and has also completed four years on the Board of Directors for the Association of Social Work Boards.
