  • Renewal

    (Note: Renewals open approximately April of every even-numbered year.

  • My payment isn't being accepted by US Bank or it times out.
  • The name/address/credit card information that the Board listed in the credit card payment screen is wrong.
  • I get a "This Page Can't Be Displayed" message after I select "Proceed to Checkout"
  • I get a message that says "Renewal in Progress," but I haven't renewed.
  • My transaction timed out and now I can't get back in.
  • I can't get to the payment screen.
  • I did not complete the renewal and now when I log back in, there's no option to "continue."
  • I click "continue," but nothing happens.
  • When I log in I get a message that says that my license has already been renewed, but I haven't renewed.
  • When I log in, it says "Person match not found."
  • When I log in to renew, the screen comes up blank.
  • What if I don't have enough continuing education?
  • What if I don't have continuing education hours in ethics?
  • I am renewing late and did not get all my continuing education prior to June 30 of the renewal period that just ended.
