December 24, 2025 - Recommendation - The Commissioner should AFFIRM the June 27, 2025, Order of License Denial issued to HousingCare Inc.’s Authorized Agent, Abdullahi Ahmed. Order - 1. Additional proceedings at the Court of Administrative Hearings in this matter, including the evidentiary hearing scheduled for February 24 and 25, 2026, are CANCELLED. 2. The contested case (CAH 22-1805-41091) is DISMISSED. The record shall be transmitted to the Department of Human Services for final disposition.
