82-0325-41268 Katherine Minks [Complainant], v. Danielle Robertson [Respondent] Probable Cause Determination and Order

November 17, 2025 - 1. There is probable cause to believe that the Respondent violated Minn. Stat. § 211A.02 (2024) as alleged in the Complaint.  2. This matter will be referred to the Chief Administrative Law Judge for assignment to a panel of three administrative law judges (Panel), pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 211B.35 (2024).  3. Both parties waived their right to a final evidentiary hearing in this matter and agreed that all documents filed for the Probable Cause Hearing would be included in the final determination record for the Panel’s consideration.
