22-9001-41057 In the Matter of Adopted Exempt Permanent Rules Relating to Workers’ Compensation: 2025 Adjustments to Relative Value Fee Schedule Conversion Factors and Amendments to Rules Implementing the Workers’ Compensation Relative Value Fee Schedule Tables in Minnesota Rules, Chapter 5221
August 25, 2025 - The rules were adopted in compliance with the procedural requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 14 (2024), and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1400 (2025). According to Minn. Stat. § 176.136, subd. 1a(d) (2024), the Department has the statutory authority to adopt these proposed rules using the exempt rulemaking process. The adopted rules are APPROVED.
