May 6, 2025 - Based upon these Conclusions, the Commission should issue Site Permits to Northern Crescent Solar to construct and operate the Solar Facility and the BESS in Faribault County, Minnesota, and the Site Permits should include the draft permit conditions as and set forth in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law above.
