March 11, 2025 - The Department established that AAI violated 29 C.F.R. § 1926.1200(h)(1) by failing to provide hazard communication training to its workers or ascertaining that its workers had been adequately trained in hazard communication elsewhere. The Department further established that the penalty for this violation was calculated correctly. Accordingly, the citation and penalty of $600 are AFFIRMED.
