November 8, 2024 - The Judge concludes that the Applicants have satisfied the criteria in Minnesota law for a Certificate of Need and Route Permit and recommends that the Commission GRANT the Applicants a Certificate of Need and Route Permit for the Applicants’ Co-location Maximization Route (Co-location Maximization Route) as identified in the Applicants’ response to public hearing comments filed on September 19, 2024, and as modified by DOC-EERA and herein.
