October 25, 2024 - The claim that Mr. Francis violated Minn. Stat. § 211A.02, by not timely disclosing expenses related to a district-wide campaign mailer, will proceed to a probable cause hearing. Ms. Larson’s claim, under in Minn. Stat. § 211A.12, that Mr. Francis’s campaign accepted contributions in excess of the $600 limit, will proceed to a probable cause hearing. Ms. Larson’s claim, under Minn. Stat. § 211B.04, regarding an alleged failure to use the required disclaimer on campaign materials, will proceed to a probable cause hearing. The claim that Mr. Francis violated Minn. Stat. § 211B.02, by making false claims of endorsement is DISMISSED. The claim that Mr. Francis unlawfully blocked access to his “campaign page” is DISMISSED. The claim that Mr. Francis solicited another to “engage in online harassment” of the Larsons via TikTok, is DISMISSED.
