September 5, 2024 - The Agencies’ request for dismissal of the Complaint in its entirety because Complainant alleged MGDPA violations by multiple agencies in a single complaint is DENIED. Complainant’s data accuracy and completeness claims and his claims concerning alleged violations of his right to free speech cannot be adjudicated under Minn. Stat. § 13.085 and are DISMISSED. Complainant’s claims against the AGO, ADM, and OLA for violations of the MGDPA are not supported by probable cause and are DISMISSED. Complainant’s claim that MMB failed to provide him with data of which he is the subject within ten business days, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 13.04, subd. 3, is supported by probable cause and further proceedings will be held on this claim. All other claims asserted against MMB are DISMISSED.
