August 8, 2024 - Licensee engaged in unprofessional conduct with patients that was sexual and sexually demeaning, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 148.10, subd. 1(a)(11) and subd. 1(e)(2). The Judge respectfully recommends that the Board take reasonable and appropriate disciplinary action against the license of Licensee.
