July 18, 2024 - The record does not establish that Respondents: violated applicable law; performed or offered to perform electrical work without the required electrical contractor and master or journeyworker electrician licenses; performed or offered to perform electrical work at Paris Avenue without obtaining an electrical permit at or before commencing electrical work; acted or held themselves out as a residential building contractor, residential remodeler or residential roofer without being licensed by the Department; or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest practices by engaging in false, fraudulent or misleading advertising. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Administrative Order with Penalty issued June 27, 2023 (Administrative Order), should be RESCINDED.
