July 8, 2024 - The Judge concludes that reasonable cause exists to believe that there is an imminent risk of harm to the health, safety, or rights of children in the Licensee’s care. The Judge respectfully recommends that the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services (Commissioner) AFFIRM the Order Temporary Immediate Suspension.
