June 14, 2024 - The Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the Commissioner take such disciplinary action against Respondents licenses as may be appropriate under the circumstances. However, because the Department did not introduce any evidence regarding the calculation of the additional $2000 penalty, the Administrative Law Judge recommends the Commissioner reevaluate that penalty in light of the allegations abandoned by the Department and the factors in Minn. Stat. § 14.045, subd. 3(a) (2022).
