May 20, 2024 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Department correctly determined that Appellant committed ten licensing violations. Further, the Appellant failed to demonstrate that it complied with the laws and rules of the Department. Therefore, the Department properly revoked the Appellant’s license pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 245A.07, subds. 1 and 3(a)(1), and the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services (Commissioner) AFFIRM the order revoking the Appellant’s license to provide adult day services.
