January 25, 2024 - The Additional Notice Plan is APPROVED. The Department is encouraged to also consider providing notice of the Request for Comments to associations representing the industries affected by the rule such as the concrete industry, sanitation industry, agricultural industry and any other associations representing industries that use vehicles listed in subpart four of the rule.
