January 30, 2024 - The Complainant, Mr. Siljander, established that Respondent, Teri Lachermeier violated Minn. Stat. § 211B.04 by not having conforming disclaimers on the Facebook and Twitter accounts through which she disseminated campaign material. For these violations, the panel concludes that a civil penalty in the amount of $100 is appropriate in this case.
