December 21, 2023 - The Department correctly determined that Appellant violated one of the four cited licensing violations: violation (d). The Department correctly determined that Appellant gave false or misleading information to the Commissioner, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 245A.07, subd. 3(a)(3). Finally, the Department did not demonstrate that the nature, chronicity, or severity of these violations warrant license revocation. A fine of $200 and the provision of a conditional license are warranted as sanctions in this matter.
