December 6, 2023 - The Additional Notice Plan for the Request for Comments is APPROVED contingent upon the OSOS: (1) Providing notice of its Request for Comments to Domestic Abuse Project and Chrysalis and adding these two organizations to its victim advocacy group list; and (2) Correcting a typographical error in its Request for Comments by adding the word “Amendments” to the heading on the first page under “Request for Comments.” The heading should be revised to read: “Possible Amendments to Rules Governing the Address Confidentiality Programs of the Office of Secretary of State, Minnesota Rules Chapter 8290; Revisor’s ID No. 04825.”
