December 1, 2023 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that Applicant is a “private career school” under Minn. Stat. § 136A.821, subd. 5, and does not qualify for an exemption under Minn. Stat. § 136A.833, subd. 2(9). Therefore, Applicant is subject to the licensure requirements of the Private Career School Act, Minn. Stat. §§ 136A.82-.834.
